From the file on your phone to a box of finished labels: what we need, what you approve, and how long each step actually takes.
The five steps
Nothing here requires you to know our vocabulary.
You describe the job the way you would to another tradesperson. We handle the translation into substrates, dimensions, and code language.
Send us what you have
There is no intake form to fight with. Email files, upload them with the quote request, or text a photo of the nameplate. If you do not know what the code requires for a piece of equipment, describe it and we will tell you.

We scope and specify
We work out quantities, sizes, and what each marking has to say, then recommend a substrate and adhesive for the actual environment. If we think you are over-specifying, we will say so — a stainless plate on an interior panel door is money you do not need to spend.

You approve a proof
A dimensioned digital proof comes back before anything is cut. Check the text, the sizes, the spellings, and the equipment names. Nothing enters production without your written approval — and revisions at the proof stage are free.

Marked and inspected
Production runs against the approved proof. Every job gets checked for legibility, dimensional accuracy, and adhesion before it is packed. Barcodes and Data Matrix codes are scan-verified, not just visually inspected.

Kitted, sequenced, shipped
Orders are grouped the way they get installed — by panel, floor, riser, or unit — and labeled on the outside of each bag. Local pickup is available in the Orlando area; everything else ships.

Turnaround
How fast, honestly.
Lead times below start from proof approval, not from when you first emailed. The proof cycle is usually the longest part of a rush job, so approve quickly if the schedule is tight.

Lead times assume material in stock and a same-day proof approval. Rush work should be confirmed by phone before you order.
What to send
We will work with whatever you have.
You do not need to prepare artwork or clean up files before contacting us. Layout is our job.
Drawings & plans
PDF, DWG, DXF — marked up or clean. Cloud markups are fine.
Schedules & lists
XLSX, CSV, or Google Sheets. Panel schedules, valve lists, equipment schedules, asset registers.
Artwork & logos
AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF for vector. High-resolution PNG works for simple marks; we will tell you if it will not reproduce.
Photos
A clear phone photo of an existing label, nameplate, or panel directory is often the fastest possible input.
Study exports
Arc flash analysis output in whatever format your engineer produces. We have yet to meet one we could not read.
Confidentiality
Drawings and studies stay between us and your project. We do not publish client work without written permission.
Variable data
One spreadsheet, four hundred unique labels.
Arc flash labels, asset tags, valve tags, and circuit ID all share a problem: every piece is different, and every difference is an opportunity to transcribe something wrong.
Send the data as a spreadsheet and we drive production straight from it. Nothing is retyped, so the label matches the source exactly — and when the source changes, the reprint is a re-run, not a rebuild.
